Hi, I’m Tara. For years, I navigated the fast-paced world of luxury hospitality, building a career on sales, spreadsheets and service. It was a rewarding experience where I learned a lot and built lasting relationships with coworkers and clients alike but I was ready for a change. Embracing a midlife shift, I traded my business suits for overalls and gardening gloves, and embarked on a new adventure! Now, I find immense satisfaction in caring for our landscapes and connecting with people through the joy of gardening.

I live on the Monterey Peninsula, one of the greatest places to garden in the world. With its many micro-climates and mild weather, the region is a place where we can grow a large variety of things and for a much longer season. I am fortunate to be a gardener here in this beautiful area and want to share my passion with you.
